To set up your telephone banking account, call 662-PhoneUs (662.746.6387 or 888.226.5292). Follow the recorded prompts for account information anytime, anywhere.

First-time user set-up:

1. Enter your primary account number, then press *.
2. Enter the last 4 digits of the primary owner’s Social Security number, then press *.
3. Select any 4-digit personal identification number, then press *.
   
   

That's all you need to do! You are now set up as a telephone banking customer. (PhoneUs® may be temporarily unavailable during our nightly update.)
